Terms of Use

Agreement
By accessing litigtrack.com or using LitigTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.
What LitigTrack is — and is not
LitigTrack provides tools for tracking electronic notices, sealing correspondence exhibits and other case files, and retaining delivery and audit records. LitigTrack is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with any court, clerk, or government agency. Using LitigTrack does not create an attorney–client relationship with us.
Authorized use
You may use the public site to learn about the service and to submit good-faith inquiries. Client workspaces are limited to authorized users. You must not attempt to access another party’s workspace, disrupt the service, scrape the site for bulk harvesting, or use LitigTrack to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
Evidence & responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for the content of messages they send, for compliance with court rules and professional obligations, and for how audit exports are used in proceedings. LitigTrack does not guarantee that any court will admit particular records; we design for integrity and completeness of the technical trail.
Availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, or force majeure may affect access. Critical filings should never depend solely on a single electronic channel without backup procedures you control.
Intellectual property
LitigTrack branding, site copy, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing product or misrepresent affiliation with LitigTrack.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LitigTrack and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service, including reliance on delivery records or audit exports. Total liability for any claim related to the public website is limited to zero dollars; liability for paid client engagements is governed by the separate engagement terms, if any.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the contact form. We do not publish a public phone number or street address.
