Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Scope
This policy describes how LitigTrack (“we,” “us”) handles information submitted through the public website and information processed inside authenticated client workspaces. LitigTrack is a privately operated evidence-tracking service — not a law firm and not a court system.
Public contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, work email, optional organization, and message you provide, plus technical metadata needed to operate abuse controls (approximate IP address, submission time, and automated challenge results when enabled). We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent contact-form data.
Do not submit privileged case documents, sealed filings, or sensitive personal data through the public form.
Client workspaces
Authenticated clients use LitigTrack to send, receive, seal, and audit litigation-related correspondence and case files under a litigation hold. Message content, sealed files, delivery and engagement records (including IP address, full browser/user-agent string, request headers, and approximate geolocation derived from IP), and audit events are retained for the life of the engagement and as required for evidentiary integrity. Access is limited to authorized passkey holders for that workspace.
Service providers
We engage infrastructure and mail-delivery providers strictly to operate the service. Those providers act on our instructions and are not authorized to use LitigTrack data for their own marketing or advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Authenticated sessions use a secure, httpOnly session cookie required for login. When enabled, short-lived cookies may be set solely to complete automated abuse challenges on the public contact form.
Retention & requests
Contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond and for abuse prevention. Client evidence records are retained under litigation hold and are not casually deleted. To request deletion of a public inquiry (where deletion does not impair security or legal obligations), use the contact form from the same email you used originally.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
