LitigTrack

Electronic notice you can put in the record.

Passkey-secured correspondence tracking with sealed case files, delivery records, and hash-chained audit trails — for litigation teams that must prove notice when receipt is contested.

Designed for evidentiary integrity

LitigTrack is a dedicated evidence repository for case correspondence and supporting files — not a consumer mailbox or marketing platform. Sends, seals, engagement classifications, inbound replies, and sealed case files are retained under litigation hold.

  • Sealed correspondence exhibits

Message attachments become immutable SHA-256 sealed files with tracked view links — not fragile, mutable MIME attachments.

  • Sealed case-file store

Photos, videos, PDFs, and other case materials can be sealed into the same immutable store — with digests, litigation hold, and tracked share links when materials must be shared.

  • Delivery & engagement records

Delivery events are captured alongside LitigTrack’s own open-pixel and file-access audit, classified so automated prefetch is not mistaken for human engagement.

  • Court-ready exports

Hash-chained audit logs and evidence packets with local time and UTC, prepared for counsel to introduce as business records.

Built for contested receipt

When a party denies receiving notice, counsel needs a system designed for that dispute: passkey access control, sealed correspondence and case files, inbound capture, and an audit chain that surfaces integrity failures rather than permitting silent alteration.

Evidence path diagram: compose a message or seal a case file, then log hash-chained audit events with immutable storage and an exportable PDF.

Common questions

Direct answers for counsel evaluating whether LitigTrack is appropriate for a matter.

Is LitigTrack a law firm or court system?

No. LitigTrack is an independent evidence-tracking service. We do not practice law, accept service of process for parties, or act as a clerk of court.

How does this differ from ordinary email?

Ordinary mailboxes are mutable and difficult to authenticate after the fact. LitigTrack seals correspondence exhibits and other case files with SHA-256 digests, records delivery and engagement events, and maintains a hash-chained audit log suitable for export into the record.

Who can access a client workspace?

Only users enrolled with a passkey for that workspace. There is no shared password login on the public internet.

How do I reach you without a published phone number?

Use the contact form on this page. We intentionally omit public phone, email, and street listings to reduce harassment and maintain operational security. Existing clients sign in through Login.

Where can I review security practices?

See the Security page for passkey authentication, sealed files, hash-chained audit trails, and responsible disclosure.
